Our Outcomes for Stronger Wargrave reflect our vision to foster within residents a more resilient approach to what affects them.

We will give people the skills they need to form residents’ groups and have a voice in decision making.

  • More Wargrave residents will have improved money management skills

  • More Wargrave residents will be supported to claim the welfare benefits to which they are entitled

  • Wargrave residents will have access to training that will give them the skills they need to improve their work prospects

  • Our Community Hub will be a safe space for the development of all residents (we’re having to improvise in the ways we offer development and support whilst making sure the Hub is Covid compliant)

  • Initiatives will be in place to make Wargrave residents more resilient

We aim to bring training programmes into the Hub, especially those aimed at increasing the work skills of younger people.

In addition, a focus on financial inclusion to help residents better manage their money and claim all the benefits to which they are entitled.
